B. Verification Documents (KYC)

To prevent fraud and comply with commercial logistics requirements in Iraq, registering merchants are required to upload an image of a valid government identification document (such as a National Identification Card, Driver's License, or Civil Card). These documents are stored securely with restricted access and used exclusively for administrative identity validation prior to merchant activation.

C. Location Data

With your explicit device permission, we collect precise or approximate real-time location data:

• To calculate delivery routes and estimate pickup/drop-off dispatch times.
• To verify driver position during active package transitions.

D. Real-Time Voice Calls and Microphone Usage

Our application includes built-in two-way VoIP calling to connect merchants, dispatchers, and drivers for immediate delivery coordination:

• Peer-to-Peer Voice Calls: Real-time call streams are transmitted live (P2P/ephemeral). Live audio conversations are neither recorded nor stored on our servers.
• Background Calling Service: When you are engaged in an active call and minimize the application, a foreground notification service keeps the microphone and audio session active so you do not disconnect. This service terminates automatically as soon as the call ends.
• Recorded Voice Notes: If you voluntarily record and send a voice message inside the in-app chat, the audio recording is stored securely on our servers solely to permit participants in that chat thread to play it back.

E. Chat Messages and Photos

When you send text messages, parcel photos, receipts, or waybills within the in-app customer support or logistics chat, that content is stored securely on our application storage infrastructure to maintain communication history between parties.

F. Device and Diagnostic Information

We collect device identifiers (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens and unique device IDs), operating system versions, and connection details solely to route instant push notifications (e.g., incoming call alerts, parcel delivery updates) and maintain secure user sessions.
